What is your return policy?

To start a return or exchange visit our return center here.

To be eligible for a return, it must be within 30 days of order receipt and your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.


To start a return you can contact us at customerservice@thedarlingeffect.com. If your return is accepted you are responsible for the return postage and will not be refunded for initial shipping costs. Items returned to us must first request a return to be accepted.


Do you have a retail store?

Sadly, no! But lucky for you, our website is open 24 hrs 🙂

Do you offer custom products for an event/store/business?

Yes! You can email elsa@elsacreative.com for all custom orders. Please include as much information and details as possible, we can’t wait to create something for you!


What does Prop 65 mean for your products?

To ensure compliance with requirements imposed by the State of California, we inform you that The Darling Effect distributes products that may expose you to chemicals including lead which are known to the State of California to cause cancer or birth defects, or other reproductive harm. Proposition 65 requires the retailer to post a notice to their customers when notified by the manufacturer of this possibility and to include the provided warning materials with the distributed products.
