Elsa Creative is seeking a creative, independent, and hard-working Sr. Marketing Manager to help us grow into a nation-wide brand. We’re a small close-knit team but have a big passion for what we do and all the products that we bring to the world. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
The Sr. Marketing Manager role is fast-paced and hands-on, exercising both creative and technical skills to direct all companywide marketing strategies, including paid media, organic social, and other traditional and digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will work directly with the Founder on a variety of projects, as well as other internal and external stakeholders in both e-commerce and wholesale markets. They'll have freedom to explore, contribute ideas, and self-initiate projects, in addition to executing and supporting the corporate Plan.
- Strategy and Planning
- Developing comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with business objectives.
- Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Defining target market segments and creating buyer personas to guide marketing efforts.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with product development, sales, and operations.
- Campaign Management and Execution
- Creating and managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Overseeing the development of creative assets such as ad copy, graphics, videos, and landing pages.
- Utilizing data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI.
- Managing relationships with external agencies, freelancers, and vendors to support campaign execution.
- Digital Marketing and Social Media
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase online visibility and drive traffic to the company's website and e-commerce platforms.
- Managing social media channels, including content creation, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Utilizing analytics tools to track social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Implementing SEO and SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic and paid traffic.
- Influencer Marketing
- Identifying and engaging with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify marketing messages and reach target audiences.
- Coordinating and negotiating influencer marketing campaigns and contracts, including content creation, reviews, and sponsored posts, and evaluating their success and ROI
- Budget Management and Financial Analysis
- Developing and managing the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Tracking expenses and monitoring spending against budgetary targets.
- Conducting financial analysis to assess the profitability and ROI of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting
- Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Analyzing data and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Brand Management and Positioning
- Developing and maintaining the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Identifying opportunities for brand positioning and differentiation in the market.
- Implementing and/or attending brand-building initiatives such as tradeshows, sponsorships, partnerships, and events.
- Supporting internal and external sales development via training and education.
- Contributing to successful tradeshows by assisting with design and setup, merchandising, order entry, and customer service.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Implementing CRM systems to manage customer data, segmentation, and personalized marketing efforts.
- Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, drive sales, and increase customer loyalty.
- Analyzing customer behavior and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
Contributes to collective team effort by accomplishing any other related tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Required)
- 4-6 years experience with progressive levels of responsibility and oversight, preferably within the CPG industry.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and brand management.
- Experience in analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and all financial aspects of marketing initiatives.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales teams, product development, and external vendors or agencies

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
